Network Performance Measurement Tools

چکیده
The network administrator is presented with an ever increasing demand for a stable and sustained network performance. Often times, the additional expectation for improved performance with additional network resources is overwhelming. Without the essential network performance measurement tools, the network personnel is severely handicapped in meeting those demands. This paper presents the design and the implementation of three basic network performance measurement tools that are technology neutral and crucial to effective network administration.
